Sauvignon Blanc is one of the best partners for goat's cheese, and for our May masterclass sommelier Damien Trinckquel has selected cheese from Britain and the Loire Valley to taste with a wide variety of wines.

Damien will reveal the history of Sauvignon Blanc whilst sharing wines from small districts of the Loire Valley, right through to the most exotic styles of New Zealand.
